Meet the Maker
My studio is located in the high in the Colorado Rockies. I love bringing out the hidden beauty of wood in the form of turned wood bowls, vases, sculptures and other one-of-a-kind creations. I never harvest live trees for my work, I only use dead-standing trees or ones that are already down. I occasionally purchase species of that do not grow high in the Rockies, from a local vintage and reclaimed wood vendor.
Shop Policies
1) Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Return must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
2) My shop accepts order cancellations before item has shipped. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this time frame.
3) No live trees are cut down for my creations. Although my products are made with air dried wood, items may continue to move after completion. This can include some cracking or shape change. As most finished items are completed with shellac-based finishes, clean only with a lint free cloth. Although the wood has air dried for many months, there is no guarantee that live bugs may still be in the finished wood piece. Wood is flammable, do not place near flame or high heat sources. Do not use with liquids or prepared foods.
4) I do not accept custom orders.
5) I do not offer gift wrapping or gift notes.
